Shipping Policy
1) How long does it take for you to ship?
Order usually take up to 3 days to process before they ship excluding weekends and public holidays.
2) How long does the shipping time?
West Malaysia : 1 to 3 working days East Malaysia : 3 to 5 working days
3) May i change my order address?
We highly encourage you to double check your addresses before placing and order with us, we fully understand that mistake can be made. If a change need to be made please contact us ASAP at jshimz.co@gmail.com. If the items(s) already been shipped we cannot make any changes to the order.
4) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, you will get free shipping for orders in Malaysia over RM150.00 (W.M) and RM200.00 (E.M).
5) Can i place order from outside of Malaysia?
At the moment we ship all over Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. If you're outside of these countries, please email us at jshimz.co@gmail.com for us to check the feasibilty.
